Greek-Style Burgers

Greek-Style Burgers
Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Trader Joe’s Butcher Shop Fine Quality Meats Ground Beef 85/15
• 1T Trader Joe’s Organic Steak Sauce
• 1T Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
• 4 Trader Joe’s pitas

Toppings:

• Sun-dried tomatoes
• Crumbled feta cheese
• Trader Joe’s Tzatziki Creamy Garlic Cucumber Dip

Method:

Heat grill to medium-high.

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl (don't be afraid to get your hands in there and get dirty!).

Form 4 flat football-shaped patties (so that it will fit in a pita when folded in half).

Grill to your desired doneness (about 5 1/2 minutes for medium-rare) then place in a folded pita.

Top with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and Trader Joe’s Tatziki Creamy Garlic Cucumber Dip.
