Greek Quesadillas(1 vote)Rate this listing  Saute Fresh Baby Spinach in Olive Oil with some garlic until it has wilted down, remove from pan. Place a flour tortilla in the pan and top one side with Spinach, Crumbled Feta, Diced fresh tomatos and kalamata olives. Fold over and cook approx. 2 minutes on each side until toasty.
