Hail Ceasar Salad Dressing

This salad dressing was featured in the last Fearless Flyer. I decided to try it because I was looking for a prepared ceasar salad dressing that had developed and complex flavors. This particular dressing is found in the referigerated case and has undertones of anchovies and parmesan cheese. It's definitely delicious on a classic ceasar salad with TJ's Organic Romaine Hearts, Shaved Parmesan Grana, TJ's Parmesan Crisps, and freshly ground pepper. Someone who doesn't like anchovies probably would not enjoy this dressing even though the flavor is subtle.

Hoping for better

It's okay flavor and I'll finish the bottle but if you're a ceasar salad junkie like me, you may be disappointed. It's too oily for a ceasar dressing and should be a little more creamy.

but all bottled caeser dressings areI mixed with a little mayo, and it was pretty good!
