Ham & Swiss Casserole(2 votes)Rate this listing 8 oz Penne Pasta 1 Cup Ham – Chopped 1 Bag Frozen Spinach 2 Cups Swiss Cheese – Shredded 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard ¼ tsp Jalapeno Pepper Sauce ¼ cup Butter ¼ cup Flour 2 cups Milk Prepare pasta. In medium sauce pan melt butter. Add flour. Stir until mixed. Add milk and stir until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Add pepper sauce, mustard and cheese, stir until melted. Remove from heat and mix in ham, spinach and pasta. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Submitted on 04/ 5/2006 by Demo Diva
