Ham & Swiss Casserole8 oz Penne Pasta1 Cup Ham – Chopped 1 Bag Frozen Spinach 2 Cups Swiss Cheese – Shredded 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard ¼ tsp Jalapeno Pepper Sauce ¼ cup Butter ¼ cup Flour 2 cups Milk Prepare pasta. In medium sauce pan melt butter. Add flour. Stir until mixed. Add milk and stir until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Add pepper sauce, mustard and cheese, stir until melted. Remove from heat and mix in ham, spinach and pasta. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
