Healthy Pavlova Delite

1 16 oz container of Non Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 teaspoon Stevia powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
mix together well
8 Vanilla Meringe cookies
1 cup fresh fruit like Diced Kiwi, or pomagranite seeds or strawberries or backberries or mix some together.. in the winter when no fresh fruit is available I sometimes use lemon curd instead
take 4 wine glasses; crumble 1 cookie in the bottom of each glass then layer with 1/4 cup of the yogurt; fruit;(reserve a few pieces for decoration on top) yogurt and top with a crumbled cookie and a piece of fruit... super yummy.. healthy and elegant!
