If you're looking for the easiest possible way to make a curry pasta dish, these noodles are a good start. This product is an eggless noodle made with curry powder. All you have to do is cook the noodles as you would any other pasta product, and you have curry pasta. This can then be added to a stir-fry, soup, or any other dish that you want to add some curry flavor to.

The curry flavor in this pasta is quite mild, and not at all strong or spicy; this is not the product to use if you're looking a big hit of curry. No, you won't confuse this with a curry that's been slowly cooked for hours, but the flavor is quite pleasant -- much more than I was expecting from a dried pasta.

One bag of curry pasta runs $1.69 and contains 5 servings.

At times, when I get home from a long day of work, I like to make a quick snack using these noodles. I'll boil the noodles while steaming some of the TJ's frozen peas, and quickly saute some freshly chopped garlic in a 2-to-1 mixture of the toasted sesame oil and hot chili oil. I drain the noodles, then return them to the pot, add the garlic and oil, then toss in the peas. Add some fresh ground pepper and a little sea salt and you've got a tasty little treat to hold you over until your next meal.
Where can I find these noodles? I'm desperate! I LOVE them and can't find them anymore!
