1 lb. Penne Pasta, cooked al dente'(firm to bite)
1 package Sweet Italian Sausage (fresh in deli-section)
1 or more cups, Trader Joe's heavy cream
1 jar Trader Joe's organic spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese, shredded

Cook pasta and drain. DO NOT RINSE!
Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook sausage until crumbly. Drain fat. Add jar of spaghetti sauce. Add cream to taste. Pour over pasta. Grate parmesan cheese over pasta.

I used rigatoni, used at least one cup of heavy cream and it was fabulous. Very easy and a tasty meal with just a salad and garlic bread. Yummy!
