one bottle favorite Trader Joe's white wine
one bag Trader Joe's frozen shrimp, the big size, uncooked
Trader Joe's olive oil
garlic
Trader Joe's sliced almonds
lemon
butter

clean shrimp, remove shells and tail. saute in olive oil till curled and pink. remove to covered dish. in pan add crushed garlic, butter, lemon juice, almonds and white wine. saute. put shrimp back in pan and mix. serve with rice pilaf and a nice green salad!

this looks good. do you usually measure the ingredients? how much wine do you usually need? sorry for the technical questions, i'm not the greatest cook!! =)

I made this recipe, and it turned out OK, but I'm sure it would be much better if the measurements for each ingredient were included in the recipe. It's actually not really a recipe without that. When was the last time you opened a cookbook and saw a recipe without that? It makes it next to impossible to follow a recipe!
