I'd never seen this outside Great Britain. A smooth, creamy lemony spread with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. Try it on Trader Joe's wheat-free frozen toaster waffles for a divine breakfast. Be sure to refrigerate after opening as egg is one ingredient.

This has the right amount of zing and is great on blueberry scones.

Several ways to use it:
*Top a cheesecake

*Mix with cream cheese and spread on scones, bagels, toast...anything...yum!

*I add some to my no fat Greek Yogurt (which is incredible!) and try to eat it slowly...lol

This is a *very* good quality Lemon Curd. I took Demo Diva's tip and put a large dollop on TJ's greek yogurt. Oh. My. Gosh. Thanks alot ... this will rack up the calories very quickly, but was just excellent.

!@#% you Demo Diva! This is the best combo EVER -- greek yogurt, lemon curd, and some blackberries. And the curd is 100 calories per tablespoon! As much as the yogurt! I can't stop, though.
I spread a very thin layer on some dark gingerbread and it was amazing.

I tried it because of the comments here. It's great on toast, too. It's imported from the UK, that's why it's authentic.

so so so good as a topping slightly heated on top on a scoop of double rainbow vanilla bean ice cream...

Love this stuff,so tangy and rich and great on anything, had some on TJs frozen french toast, was delicious, even used it to make couscous and blueberry squares at the suggestion of a TJs employee.

I don't even like to buy this cuz I will eat the whole jar way too fast. So tangy Sometimes I just grab bread and spread it on. So good on vanilla ice cream, ice cream shake, grahm crackers, scones, toast, oatmeal, or blend with whipped cream and fill little tart shells....

Ahh, the pleasure...

This is sooo yummy! It tastes like lemon bars, without the cookie-like layer and the powdered sugar.

This is excellent in a raspberry lemon trifle. Recipes available on internet, or just layer pound cake pieces with a jar or two of lemon curd, thawed frozen rasperries, and real whipped cream.

This is really great! Like one of the others stated you just need a thin layer for a lot of yummy flavor. I still wish you carried the Orange Curd that was even better.
