Click on a star to add your own rating  2 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Genova Pesto 1/3 cup mayonnaise (reg. or reduced fat) avocado, cubed (optional) Romaine Hearts, separated Cube chicken; set aside. Mix mayo and pesto together; add to chicken. If using avocado, add to mixture. Serve on bed of romaine lettuce or on crackers as a tasty appetizer.
