Liquer Cake Cointreau FlavorNormally I would pass on these but they were on sale for .99 each, so I had to try them. This is basically a pound cake drenched with Cointreau. Very moist and full of flavor, this is a steal at the price I bought it. I would say it was worth 4-5x more and would buy it again at regular price. Everyone who tried it loved it. I plan to go back to TJ's and stock up on these as I think they may be a seasonal item. A definite must try.Submitted on 12/24/2006 by Rollo Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 4 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (4)

I was told that this is the last year TJ's will be carrying these, and that is why they only had 2 of the 4 kinds they used to have at the holidays.

They're great to have on hand - when you need to take something to share at work or at a last minute get-together

.99 are you kidding me?!?! I tell you this is the best food bargains I have ever gotten. This has to be the best little secrets in TJ's. I too would pay way more than the .99 for the cake...Gotta make a TJ run -- hoping they still have some cakes left.
...Don't walk, run and get this cake. Highly Recommend!! byKJF, April 17, 2009
Great bargain for 99 cents, under whipped cream and fruit. Loved this one -- the rum was too harsh and dark.
