I just tried this the other day. I love Luna Bars and this is a great substitute for any Reese's fans out there. It reminds me of their wafer version.

I love all the Luna Bars but this Peanut Butter Cookie Bar is now a favorite, along with the Lemon Zest. Good for breakfast or lunch on the go.
