There's something about these Trader Joe's "thins" cookies. Just as the Triple Ginger Thins has become a huge favorite, the Meyer Lemon Cookie Thin is bound to become another favorite.

These cookies are super elegant, THIN with a delicate scalloped border but full of pleasing lemon taste. Absolutely delightful with a cup of tea and perfect for entertaining (try sticking them into ice cream or mousse cups) Just the right crispiness too! Definitely worth the $4.99 for a 9 oz package of about 80 cookies.

A genuine lemon crispness, not the fake, overly sweet stuff that tries to pass for lemon. I can't decide which I prefer, these or the ginger, so I find myself eating cookie after cookie trying to come to a decision. :-)
