They are made of wheat pastry flour, sugar, soy oil, molasses, whole eggs, baking soda, sea salt, ginger and cinnamon. Each cookie (about 13 in a $3.99 1lb bag) has 150 calories, 5g of fat. PS. Omg,this is my favorite cookie.Soft and chewy,sprinkled with sugar,and has a wonderfully rich molasses and ginger flavor.You can easily eat the whole bag in one sitting.

these are some of the best molasses cookies i have ever had! they are soft and chewy and go great with a big glass of milk! if you are a molasses cookie fan, you must try these..

Like the other reviewer said, it's easy to eat the whole bag. Wonderful, chewy texture, great balanced flavor, can't get enough.
