Oatmeal Pumpkin Bars(3 votes)Rate this listing   1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1 Tbs Trader Joes Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 9oz jar Trader Joes Pumpkin butter 1 14oz sweetened condensed milk Cream butter and sugar in medium bowl. Mix in flour, oats and spice. Butter or spray a 13 x 9 pan. Pat two thirds of the oat mixture into the pan. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin butter and sweetened milk. Pour over the oat mixture. Cover the pumpkin mixture with the remainder of the oat mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Submitted on 10/23/2006 by sharman
