I really love these. The sugar is so good and sweet with the juicy lumps of ginger. Otherwise, I can't describe it much better than the package:

"This organic ginger is grown in a remote mountainous region in the Fujian Province of China. It is extremely high quality with a piquant flavor and smooth texture. Processed with organic sugar, this will satisfy the most ardent ginger lover."
