Pad Thai1/2 Package of Trader Joes rice noodles1 Jar of Trader Joes satay peanut sauce 1 Bag of Trader Joes shredded cabbage 1 Bag of Trader Joes shredded carrots 1/2 cup of chopped scallions Trader Joes frozen shrimp (however many you desire) Splash of Trader Joes Sesame Oil Splash of Trader Joes Coconut Milk Fresh Limes Heat in a large wok or pan a few tablespoons of olive oil, and a splash of sesame oil. Saute the shredded cabbage, carrots, and scallions until tender, add the shrimp cook until pink. Cook your noodles in a large pan, and add a teaspoon of olive oil as they tend to stick. Do not overcook, as they will become very soggy; they cook fast so keep an eye on them! Add the jar of satay peanut sauce to the veggies and shrimp. Add a splash of the coconut milk and some fresh sqeezed lime juice. Add your cooked noodles to the mixture, and gently mix all ingredients together in the wok or large pan. Serve with chopped peanuts sprinkled on top and fresh lime wedges! This recipe will serve about 4 people. *Amount of satay sauce can vary depending on personal taste...feel free to get 2 jars just incase!
