These are long real Egg Noodles with the Yolk.

My dinner goals with a version of Beef Stroganoff of which I used TJ Party meatballs instead.

I spent some time then looking for a good Egg Noodle and found the Pappardelle at TJ's.

8oz bag at 110 calries per ounce 5 from fat , 1 ounce has about 15mg of cholesterol thats like 5.5% of the daily suggestion.

I would strongly suggest these for many dishes over any other Egg Noodle out there.

These noodles are rich and egg-y tasting. Are great with stroganoff or any cheesy sauce. I like them with softly scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon, sort of a carbonara dish. Very good

I break these into smaller pieces and add them to my homemade chicken soup and have received raves for the noodles great texture and eggy flavor.
