Peach Tiramisu A La Trader Joes(2 votes) 1 package Lady Fingers
Click on a star to add your own rating   4 oz brewed coffee 1 cup jarred peaches 1-8 oz package mascarpone cheese 1 tsp vanilla ¼ cup sugar 1 TBS cocoa Place Lady Fingers on the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Pour coffee evenly over cookies just enough to soak in. Arrange peaches over cookies. Mix vanilla, sugar, and mascarpone, and spread over peaches. Chill for one hour.
