Pear Sauce(10 votes) Pear lovers, TJ Pear Sauce is the best! It is a nice change from applesauce, with the delicious flavor of sweet pears. It's delightful spooned over yogurt, and delicious heated as a dessert sauce.

This is a nice change to apple sauce. I put is over cottage cheese with fresh fruit for breakfast and it tastes great.

The Pear Sauce is really a nice change from Applesauce and is deliciously Sweet and Smooth tasting.
It's not always easy to find in Indianapolis though and wish they would keep it stocked at all times. byChef Amy Jurist, December 31, 2008
I'm so glad you liked it! I created it while i was working for a product development company! I wanted something that captured the yumminess of pears, that just tasted like pure pear, and the unique grit they have. But like a lot of products there, if they aren't sampled, people don't find them and they don't sell. And it got discontinued. i still have a few jars at home and can't bare to open them!
