Pesto and Sundried Tomato TortaThe bottom is a pesto flavored cream cheese, the center is plain flavored cream cheese and the top is covered with sundried tomatoes. Just bring to room temperature and serve with crackers or toasted slices of baguette. This is a great and simple appetizer to serve for the holidays.Submitted on 12/21/2006 by bunnyluv24 Number of people who have "favored" this: 0 Read all 8 reviews below -OR-Add your own reviewReviews (8)

This could be the easiest, most delicious appetizer you can take to a party. Just add a box of TJ's wheat crackers and people devour this stuff.
on the multigrain crackers in the green and white box?
aaaamazing.
this dip is so good! i love it with tj's wheat crisps.. they make this in a big container now! that might be dangerous..

i ate half of this my first time. with two entire carrots. it's the only thing that makes me not mind eating my vegetables raw. at first i didn't want the cream cheese in it, but after my first tasting, i'll admit they came up with the perfect combination.

I think the ratio is off. Too many sundried tomatoes. It would be better with more cheese.
