I'd never tried Trader Joe's pizzas before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Since Artichokes, Mushrooms and Sundried Tomatoes (the toppings) are some of my favorite foods I knew I'd be trying this flavor first.

When you take it out of the box, it looks like the toppings are distributed haphazardly and unevenly, and I was worried there was too much marscarpone, which can have a really overwhelmingly rich taste. Well, it turns out, fear not! It was absolutely delicious and perfect. It's a wonderful blend of toppings, with just the right amounts, and the sun dried tomatoes are huge (and in actuality, look more like oven-roasted tomatoes) and delicious! Even the marinade on the artichokes has a wonderful, fresh, restaurant-like taste. There's also mozzarella and grana cheese on there but it's still crispy and light, and not overly cheesy.

It's 15g of fat and 340 calories for 1/3 of the pizza, but I think most people would eat at least one half of it. So worth every calorie though!

This pizza - like ALL the TJ imports from Italy (the thin crust ones baked in the wood burning oven) are incredible!

I can't decide on a favorite, but Pizza Mascarpone is DELICIOUS!!!

This pizza has nothing on the goat cheese one. the chokes and SDT are good toppings, but the marscapone cheese tastes like bland cream. Even though i preheated my oven a nice long time, the cheese disks were still cold after 8 minutes, so I had to keep cooking it to get them melty. So the crust was charred. I didn't have this prob with the goat cheese pizza. But more importantly the goat cheese one was just so much tastier. I would add my own toppings to jazz up the goat cheese pizza instead of getting this one again.
