Polenta Provencal(26 votes) If you like food with a kick this is amazing! A great creamy sauce w/polenta, spinach leaves, peas, tomatoes.

I wish they would turn down the heat on this recipe as I would be buying it like crazy! I don't think this is spicy at all. I use it to top grilled fish. Yummy!

Tastes far more decadent than it actually is - not bad calorie-wise. So very delicious...I like to add extra TJs frozen chopped spinach. It is a bit spicy but I love that about it!
