Poppies Belgian Profiteroles--Cream Puffs

★★★★
Cream Puffs: the downfall of great dieters. These bite-size cream puffs are guaranteed to soften you up. They consist of an outer, mildly flaky pastry shell, and an inner core of dangerous and delicious cream. As a bonus, you get a separate pack of chocolate sauce to drizzle over the cream puffs, sealing your dieting doom. Careful with the choclate---15 seconds in the microwave is enough or like all chocolate, it can get bitter.

The directions on the box suggest thawing these for an hour in the refrigerator or half hour at room temperature. I strongly suggest that you allow for much more time than that. I needed to thaw them two hours in the fridge and another hour at room temperature. You could eat them frozen but they are much better thawed.
