Pork Roast with Mushrooms and Kraut

One 3 lb.boneless pork roast loin
2 packages of Trader Joe's mushrooms, sliced
1 large package of saurkraut with liquid reserved
1 medium onion sliced
Caraway seeds (optional)

In 6 qt slow cooker, place half of the saurkraut, onion, pork roast, sliced mushrooms and remaining saurkraut. Sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Cook on low for approximately 7-10 hours, the longer the better. Meat will fall apart.
