Port Salut(23 votes) This cheese is a semi soft creamy cheese with the bright orange rind. This pairs well with wine, cheese platters or crackers. I especially love having this cheese with fruit. agree that this is the BOMB cheese...extremely MILD tasting yet rich. Would be excellent with fruit or a light wine and definitely a crowd-pleaser.
