Portobello Mushroom and Carmelized Onion Pasta Sauce(2 votes) This is a great sauce which is also very low in sodium. It has the sweet flavor of the Carmelized onions and tomatoes. The Mushoom taste is less obvious. This sauce is great on meatloaf, meatballs, chicken, in casseroles, etc. as well as on pasta. It is a real find for those of us who need to limit their sodium.
