1# Trader Joe's Linguini Pasta
Your favorite seasoning (such as 21 Salute)
1 T. Trader Joe's Grapeseed Oil
1 pkg. Trader Joe's Broccoli Coleslaw
1/2 pkg. shredded carrots
2 T. Trader Joe's sesame oil
1/4 c. red or balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1/3 cup Trader Joe's Five Spice Cooking Sauce
1/2 pkg. green onions, chopped
1 T. crushed garlic
2 pkgs. Trader Joe's Baked Tofu, shredded

Cook pasta in seasoned water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Place in large container; add grapeseed oil and toss.

Heat some more oil. Stir fry slaw and carrots on medium-high heat until just barely not raw. Add to pasta and toss.

Mix vinegar, soy sauce, pepper flakes, sesame oil and cooking sauce. Heat some more oil; stir fry onions, garlic and tofu until you smell garlic. Add sauce ingredients; bring to boil and shut off. Add to pasta and toss thoroughly.

Serves 6 - 8 with a couple of other dishes, or more at a potluck. Wine-wise, try Now & Zen!
