If you have been to Germany and tasted their delicious, crusty whole-grain rolls covered with seeds and missed them terribly as have I, your day has arrived! They are made with spelt flour and rolled in flaxseed, sunflower seed and sesame seed! My husband is from Germany and I bake bread but just have not been able to duplicate the texture of Brötchen.
