Breakfast, BarsWithout all the preservatives of the original and SO good. Perfect balance of honey so it's not too sweet and holds up to milk really well. Great with vanilla soy milk.
A lot of high-fiber cereals also have a lot of calories (200 or more per serving). The ones that don't tend to be very dry and are either bland or have a funny taste. This cereal has 130 calories ... I am not much of a cereal eater, but this cereal is incredible. White and milk chocolate striped curls, mini chocolate flakes, granola, and almond slices. Wow! Oat n' Wheat Bran Swirls is so good, not just as a cereal but as a snack. I can't get enough of this. During the day I just pop em in my mouth. I don't know why they are so good. Try em. Very inexpensive and nutrition-packed choice for a high-fiber, low-sugar, cheerio-like breakfast cereal. At $2.49/lb it is an enormous value over virtually any other national brand alternative. Great ... This boxed cereal is really good. There are very flavorful bits of ginger and just the right amount. It's really good with milk, or just plain, right out of the box. It's also a good value. It seems everyone today is singing the praises of oatmeal. After all, it’s full of good-for-you soluble fiber, makes a heart happy and is just plain comforting during these chilly months. If you’ve jumped on the oatmeal bandwagon, but are finding your morning bowl a bit ho-hum, we’ve got something that will change your tune in an instant (literally): Trader Joe’s Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal. With whole grain oats and 7 vitamins and minerals, it provides a nourishing 160 calories, 2 grams of fat and 3 grams of fiber per serving. That’s a wholesome bowl. And with its oh-so-yummy-to-the-tummy-maple-brown-sugary goodness, it’s also deeply satisfying. At only $1.99 for each 15.1 oz. box, it even delights the wallet. I really like this one! Cereals nowadays are so freakin expensive that I don't eat it as much as I'd like to. I will definitely be getting more Trader Joe's® Banana Nut Clusters. There are equal, if not more, clusters to flakes. When does that ever happen?! This would make an excellent snack also. The banana flavor is clean, and not that icky, cling-to-your-tongue chemical banana flavor in a lot of cereals. Definitely worth trying.
Balanced bars are designed for people on 40-30-30 diets, like the Zone Diet. They come in many flavors. Objectively speaking, this flavor has a funny taste and artificial texture. What is surprisin ... Results 1 - 20 of 30
