Garelick Farms Heavy cream

Is one heavy cream the same as another? I tested this head to head against a supermarket heavy cream. This was noticeably better. A bit thicker and more consistent than the supermarket brand.

No question, Garelick farms dairy is all much better than any I've had from the 'regular store', from the milk to the eggnog.
