Lite Shredded 3 Cheese Blend

Mozzarella, monterey jack and cheddar cheese, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Even better, this cheese is made "from milk from cows not treated w/ rBST", according to the package. This cheese is a staple in my house. It has less fat than the other store brand "reduced fat" cheeses, is cheaper than the store brands, and tastes sooo much better! It melts wonderfully too!
The bag is 12oz.

I like the taste of this, but it melts poorly. If you're watching the microwave, stop the timer even though it doesn't look melted - it will squish.
And don't try to make a cheese sauce out of this - disaster! For quick and healthier quesadillas, though, this is just the thing.

I put this in my quick burritos made with all TJ ingredients: Organic Whole Wheat Tortilla, Organic Fat Free Refried Black Beans, "Just Chicken" shredded and cooked with a little Salsa Authentico, a sprinkle of this cheese. Super-quick and tasty and satisfies those cravings for Mexican food.

Don't count on this cheese in your recipes if you need it to melt. But if you're watching your weight then this is better than no cheese at all.

It DOES melt a little... I put them in quesadillas and they're fine... yes, more of a squish than a melt, but since it's lite, you can use 6 times as much and not gain weight... right?
