This cheese is easily the best smoked gouda ever made.
Let it sit for 10 min. incredible flavor.

If you're referring to the reduced fat smoked gouda with the brown rind, you're absolutely right. I buy it every time I go in there. But I picked the wrong time to go, 2 days ago. They were out of practically everything, including the cheese. I asked an employee and he said the warehouse was doing inventory. I was devastated, but I consoled myself with the Scottish smoked salmon, not Zabar's quality, but close.
