Spinach Salad with Bleu Cheese and Cranberries

I adore this salad! Though, I use less spinach than is given, I use the extra spinach for other things. The cranberries, candied pecans and cheese are in separate bags to keep them crisp until you put the salad together. I have this salad at LEAST once a week!

I have to totally agree with this! i had this salad for the first time a few weeks ago and it was amazing! I did use my own dressing though.

I agree also - excellent salad - I took a small amount of the TJ dressing and mix it with my own dressing - this is a great salad and makes a wonderful meal if you add the TJ grilled chicken strips --The leftovers actually will stay well for a day.

This is a really good pre-packaged product, especially convenient for those potluck gatherings when there's no time to make something.
The dressing is really sweet, so I prefer to make my own or doctor it up.

Great salad -- fabulous mix of flavors all year round. It's huge too, serves 6-8 people as a side. Worth the $4.99 it costs.

I will echo the sentiments of the other reviewers-- this is a great salad pack. I recommended it to a friend who also loved it.

I'll add sliced chicken breast strips to the salad and call it a meal. I recall the dressing having a tangy taste. It had an oiliness to it so I mixed it with Trader Joe's Raspberry dressing which is a little sweeter and not oily to balance it out.

$3.99-- it lasts me 3-4 meals (for one).
Awesome, now this SHOULD be fast food. Quick, easy and wholesome dinner fix. I use grilled chick breast or salmon to top it for the extra protein. Plus the package yields like 6-8 servings!
this is one of my favorite salads that we offer and this is coming from a tj's employee. the new chocolate lava cake is also dynomite!

This is a great 'meal' salad for one or two, but very high in fat for that serving size. Tastes so good, though. The dressing is a little sweet, as others have noted, but you can always use less.
I love this salad. I use the dressing very sparingly because as others have said it is pretty sweet. The walnuts, cranberries and bleu cheese give it enough flavor that you don't need much dressing anyway.

How do I get the recipe?
This salad is a total winner, can't go wrong for a last minute quick salad. Add chicken for a main course.
