White Stilton with Mango & Ginger

This is a winner! It's a little crumbly, with hardly any ginger taste but great on crackers, bagels and even toast. The flavor of the cheese is smooth and somewhat rich, and when you get a chunk of mango, it's like a bonus! It's good for a snack when you want something just a little sweet.

Has become mainstay in our household ----fabulous in salads w/raspberry vinaigrette!!!!!

Haven't seen this in months, plenty of Stilton with Blueberries or Apricots though. Boooo.
