This is one of my favorite cheeses from Trader Joes. It comes sliced in plain and jalapeno flavor (never had the latter) and has a slightly sour (in a good way!) taste, like sour cream. It's hard to explain, but it is definitely worth a try. I am not sure if they sell it in every store. I have two Trader Joes near me and one carries the plain one and one carries the jalapeno one.

Makes a mean grilled cheese.

Great cheese!

I'm one that doesn't fair well with most dairy and of course, I just love grilled cheese sandwiches (go figure). This cheese tastes great and since it's made from yogurt, the probiotics in the cheese are gentler on the digestive tract. Yay!

I love the yogurt cheese. I throw a "handmade tortilla" from TJ's on a non stick pan, flip it over, add the cheese, fold in half and serve w/Tj's salsa verde and a dollip of greek yogurt - all TJ's. The best.

this cheese melts great! it makes a great breakfast & vegetarian(soy) bacon & an egg.

Love this cheese,especially the jalapeno kind.Its got a nice tang and its texture makes it not tear up like non-yogurt cheese when peeling from the paper.
