Caramel Cashew Cookies
Rich buttery cookies with cashew chunks and caramel chips. Crispy and elegant, great for serving with coffee or tea to impress friends, neighbors and in-laws. Not a diet cookie--if you know Weight Watchers, one cookie is two points--but boy, are they worth it!

These cookies are super delicious and very addicting. They don't taste like "store-bought" cookies at all.

I bought these on impulse near the register, and I am so glad! I usually prefer softer homemade cookies, but these are some of my very favorites. The cookie is sweet and crispy, but flaky with caramel and cashews....really, if you like caramel and cashews, you can't go wrong with these. Even my superpicky husband liked them!

wow! these cookies are so much better than i thought they would be. my uncle purchased them while we were shopping (he & aunt don't have TJ near them in FLA) and when we got home & put on the coffee we ate almost the entire container in one sitting! not as caramelly sweet as you would think they would be. they are really delicious! and i agree with the other posters, they don't taste like store bought cookies at all!

...from my house!

these are pretty darn tasty and I'm not a fan of cashews. These are great to eat along with vanilla ice cream

These things are dangerously addictive... I can't open the lid without eating way too many.

I bought these in a "weak" moment and could not stop eating them! I ended up giving them out to co-workers who also gobbled them up!
These things kick butt. I don't gorge on them but, I want to. My self control has been seriously tested with these cookies in the house. I fit them into my alotted calorie intake 3 times per week. You can never go wrong with these cookies.

These cookies have a good buttery flavor and the caramel adds that extra something not often found in store-bought cookies. We could eat the whole tub in one day if we're not careful.
