Mini Peanut Butter Cups

These are the mini version of the larger peanut butter cups that TJ carries. I thought these would be great for portion control, but THEY ARE NOT. These are so good!! I usually keep them in the freezer, b/c I like them frozen or I mix with vanilla ice cream.

Just okay

They tend to "bloom" very quickly and were just okay. The ratio of PB to chocolate is off when made in this mini size.

These little peanut butter cups are super creamy and delicious. Everyone in my family loves them! One of my favorite hostess gifts is a basket of Trader Joe's goodies, and I always include a little tub of these treats. Unsurprisingly, they are always the first thing the recipients eat from the basket.
