Nilla Wafers, move over! These cookies have got you beat! Light, thin, crispy butter cookies flecked with real vanilla bean. These are a grown up's vanilla wafer and are great on their own, with milk, or in a banana pudding or other recipe requiring vanilla wafer cookies.

These little gems are what Nilla Wafers USED to be (sorta), WANT to be, and NEVER will be.
Nabisco should pack it in in the Nilla Wafer department, and call it a day. They will never come close to these little vanilla gems.

These were so superior to Nilla Wafers! I make an incredible mock banana pudding with them by layering bananas, vanilla wafers, Fage yogurt with a little honey, and topped it all off with a shot of whipped cream from a can. The Fage yogurt probably has twice the calories of vanilla pudding, but at least it has some probiotics.
