1 Jar Trader Joe's Enchilada Sauce
1 Bag Trader Joe's Mexican Blend Cheese
Place Chicken taquitos in a baking dish, pour enchilada sauce over taquitos. Bake at 375' for approximately 25 minutes. Add cheese and bake til melted and dig in mmmmm.

who are you kidding, placing frozen crunchy tortillas with mounds of sauce and cheese equals a horrible mush with all the excess moisture from the frozen taquitos.
