Dim Sum Shrimp Har Gao and Shrimp Shu Mai
(7 votes)Rate this listing
I thought this was fairly good dim sum! The fillings are shrimp, fish,
yam bean, onion and tapioca flour which taste quite authentic. Each of
the roughly 20 pieces is .5 grams of fat and 50 calories and taste
great dipped in Trader Joe's Gyoza Sauce. We steamed and then pan fried
them to get them nice and crispy.

The Shrimp Shu Mai are really yummy and authentic but the Har Gao is WAY too dough-y. The skin on them is just too thick so all you taste is the dough and not much of the shrimp at all. They're pretty cheap so just buying them for the Shu Mai is good enough for me. :)
