Gnocchi al Gorgonzola
Oh. My. God. This is almost as yummy as my favorite dish at my favorite San Francisco Italian restaurant. It's ridiculously easy to make--a few minutes in an olive-oiled skillet. I've even thrown in some spinach and prosciutto for a fabulous seemingly-homemade dinner for guests. The package supposedly serves four, but is actually two VERY small portions. So, so good.

This is SO delicious! When my husband hears we're having Gnocchi he hurries right home. Even my 5 & 1 year olds LOVE this dish! And the best is it's SO easy to prepare!

Try it with TJ's grape tomatoes; cut them in half and toss them into the pan about a minute before you're done making the gnocchi. Add a bit of cracked pepper and OH MY GOSH SO GOOD!!!
