The lime/cilantro/tomato marinade on this salmon is very tasty. I defrosted it in the microwave for about 8 minutes before cooking to speed up baking time and it came out very moist and tasty. Be sure to let it set atleast 5 minutes before eating. This package comes with (2) decent sized pieces of salmon.

This was too bland for me. It's really easy to make so it's worth a try, but the sauce/topping leaves something to be desired.

This was a wonderful surprise. Great flavors. I made it according to the oven directions and put it over angel hair pasta. I was very impressed.

...there was no where near enough of the Mojito salsa stuff. Does anyone have a recipe for it? Trader Joe's should at least double the Mojito salsa. Thanks! :)
