Organic Greens with Envy

I just stumbled across this ORGANIC frozen mixed veggie item a few months ago and it's now a staple in my house. It consists of green frozen veggies - broccoli florets, shelled edamame, asparagus (1" pieces), spinach and green beans.
I usually have it in miso soup (1 packet) along with 1/2 cup or so of the frozen brown organic rice and it is so yummy and filling and good for you. Highly recommend!

Trader Joe's gave out samples that had been stir fried w/ garlic & olive oil. AMAZING! I've never enjoyed eating veggies so much. It's a blend that I would never have thought of, but works so well. I highly recommend buying a bag to keep on hand at all times.

This has to be one of the best ideas EVER! You can do so much with this one bag of veggies--add any flavor and make it part of any type of cuisine. It's a great way to work in some healthy green foods and interesting textures. My freezer will never be without a bag! The only downside is that my TJ's is always running out!

I love this veggie mix, but alas my TJ's is often out of stock. The next time I see them I will buy several bags!
I just discovered this product, it is fantastic. I served it with quick-cooking asian noodles and organic sesame dressing. Also great just microwaved as a side dish.
i can eat this all day. a little butter, garlic, salt and pepper is all it needs. i like the miso idea i'll have to try that

I used to be on the waiting list for these since the St. Louis TJ's would often be out but I do not buy them anymore. The past 2 months there have been too mant recalls and posions found in dog and people products MAde In China. Too scary!

I throw about 3/4 cup of this with an egg and 2 egg whites in a dish and microwave for 2-3 minutes while I make my coffee in the morning. Top it with a bit of parmesan or cheddar and it's a tasty and incredibly healthy way to get 1 of the daily recommended 5-9 veggie and fruit servings.

This is the easiest vegetable mix to keep on hand. Any time you are making soup, just toss some in--they go with everything. Great way to add extra veggies to any meal. I hope they never discontinue this mix, I live on it!
What a great veggie mix. I sautee a little garlic and red pepper flake in olive oil, then add this mix. As it starts to thaw/cook, I add soy sauce and a bit of sesame oil. YUM!

After going to several TJ's and not locating the Organic Greens with Envy, I finally spoke to a manager. Apparently they are from China and have been discontinued.

well I lived on this Greens With Envy every day and now Trader Joe's is out of stock...but I found the exact same product (they probably make it for them) at Whole Foods, Krogers, Ralph's and a couple of health Food stores in my neighborhood..I was so excited..it's the best mix I ever tasted!!

I FORGOT TO ADD THAT THE BRAND IS SEAPOINT FARMS AND THEY ALSO HAVE THE MOST DELICIOUS EDAMAME - ORGANIC AND REGULAR...WOW WHAT A FIND!WHOLE FOODS HAS THE WHOLE LINE...THEY EVEN HAVE A NICKELODEON KIDS PACK OF EDAMAME IN DORA AND SPONGEBOB...MY KID'S ARE IN HEAVEN
It breaks my heart that this is no longer available! This was a staple for us, and after a few months and several stores, no Greens with Envy. we don't have Kroger's or Ralph's, and I don't shop at WF for ethical reasons, so it looks like buying a mish mash to make it happen. Boo!
