Pizza Formaggio Di Capra (Handmade Goat Cheese Pizza)
This is my favorite of all of Trader Joe's large thin crust pizzas. All of them cook in about 7 minutes---the worst part is waiting for the oven to warm up.

This is not entirely goat cheese--the goat cheese are the white discs. Emmenthal (swiss) cheese coats the rest of the pizza. Once baked, you can spread the goat cheese to blend, or just leave the discs as they are. I never saw the point of the olives on there---they are not necessary, and if you slice into 8 pieces, only half get an olive!

I would say it serves two adequately, or one hungry guy.

I wouldn't dream of microwaving this, although the directions say you can.

Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive oil about 2 minutes before removing from oven. Remove from oven and top with chopped fresh basil and ground black pepper.

I love this pizza! My predicament is I moved to St Joe, MO & the closest TJ is 5 1/2/ hours away. Is there any way I get some sent to me. I go back to So Cal in Dec, but what about every month of the year?
AMAZING DEAL. absolutely delicous, lotsa tasty goat cheese. five bucks? I fell in love with this last night, could eat it every day. We will definitely stock up. Could add some 'chokes or peppers if i wanted to jazz it up, but it's perfectly awesome the way it comes. Easy, fast. If you share it, it doesn't have too many calories either, for a dinner. I could eat the WHOLE thing but shoudln't

Have a kid who only will eat BASIC pizza? Even my finnicky eater likes this one - fast, reliable, consistant and DELICIOUS!!
Picked up one of these last night for my 13 year old daughter and I to share. She likes goat cheese, and she LOVED this pizza! She's already asked me several times to get this again. I ate a quarter of it and she ate all the rest, finishing the last bit for her breakfast this morning. It *was* very good and for the quality of the ingredients I think it's very reasonably priced!

My only gripe is that there is not more goat cheese!

We get this pizza a lot, but you have to be careful not to let it go too long or it can get over crispy. I usually take it out a minute or so before the directions indicate. Since it is already prebaked, you really just need to heat it up and get the cheese to melt. Delish though!

I can't believe the pizza was frozen and after cooked tastes this fresh and delicious. My only wish is that it were bigger!
