These are the cooked and heat-and-serve ribs in the fresh section. They're already marinated, rubbed and sauced too. I'm a rib fanatic and it's great to have a rack ready to go after just 20 minutes in the oven. Now I can have ribs at a moment's notice.

In addition to tasting great Niman's Ranch meats are from family farms that treatanimals humanely, feeding them all-natural feeds, and allowing them to mature naturally. It's a great product and TJ's offer this at such a great price compared to the Gourmet markets.

These were good and very quick to make. They were tender, but have had better.

I tried these twice, first time was pretty good, but the second time it was chewy and not much flavor. I started bying the uncooked one again and just leave start it in the slow cooker before I leave for work.
I liked the tender texture and flavor and they were easy to heat in both the microwave and the toaster oven, but honestly, must they be drenched in sugary sauce? I wiped it all done and it still had plenty of BBQ flavor. It just doesn't need that sugar bath.
