Organic Shells and White Cheddar
These are a favorite of our two-year-old and we like them too. The cheese is mild and tasty, especially if you add the optional butter. The elbow pasta is tiny and easy for a small kid to eat. Sometimes we thin it out with some milk throw in peas and prosciutto or brocolli. Really good alternative to the Kraft Mac-n-cheese.

good solid comfort food here. With or without the butter, it's solid. Jazz it up with some hot or BBQ sauce if you like. And you can't beat that price.

Makes a great base for tuna casserole for those days when you are in a casserole mood. :)

I'm a fan of this stuff when I need a lazy meal. The one thing I wish is that it were made with whole wheat pasta--Annie's makes a similar boxed mac & cheese that way, but it costs twice as much.

My suggestions: instead of the usual milk/butter combo, mix the cheese powder with a dollop of plain yogurt before adding the cooked pasta. It's tangier, creamier, and if you use fat-free yogurt, not quite as much of a guilty pleasure as it is otherwise. :) I also prefer to add some wilted baby spinach (added at the end of pasta cooking or put in the colander before you drain the pasta) and/or frozen peas.
This is by far the cheapest organic mac and cheese I have found at 89 cents a box. It's only slightly more expenisve than the plain old Kraft stuff and very tasty.

I love that you can add so much to this. Sometimes I just play around with spices- cayenne pepper and garlic and such. And sometimes I add the TJ's veggie meatballs and it's really good. But whenever I'm making it just for myself I always dump out some noodles so it's extra cheesy!

I am a mac and cheese connoisseur and this stuff is addictive! Whenever i feel guilty about eating this mac and cheese, I throw in some steamed veggies and it gets even better! Slap it in the oven with some bread crumbs on top for a few minutes and watch out! Yummy!

I love this stuff and it's organic! I've tried to get organic mac 'n cheese locally and it is twice as much. Even the store brand is only about 10-20 cents cheaper and it is no where as good! So, go ahead and splurge a little on the good stuff!

This was one of the products that first got me hooked on TJ's. I couldn't believe that quality and organic could come at such a great price. I'm glad it's stood the test of time.
