Vodka Sauce

This is a pretty good tomato vodka sauce- has a bit of a kick to it! I was wondering how it compares to the organic version...think I will buy that one next.

Sorry but this is a terrible Vodka Sauce, which is I think is a difficult sauce to do well in a jar. If you want a wonderful Vodka sauce you have to make your own. Go to www.foodtv.com and look at Rachel Ray's "You won't be single for long Vodka Cream Pasta" for an EASY vodka sauce that can rival most good italian restaurants.

We have to stop ourselves from licking the bowl when we use the Organic Vodka Sauce. It's tangy, a little sweet, chunky, and full of flavor. It's not as creamy as a homemade vodka sauce, but this is seriously the best jarred sauce I've ever had. Toss in a few TJ's frozen turkey meatballs, and you have a super fast, easy week night meal. It's pure love for your pasta. YUM!
This was good, and very savory. We had this with the artichoke ricotta stuffed ravioli and grilled shrimp.I sprinkled some tj's lemon pepper and olive oil on the shrimp and grilled them..yum..yum.
