Chili Spiced Mango
These are the best thing that Trader Joe's has put out in the dried fruit and nuts section in a long time. The mango is sweet and chewy but the twist is, is that is dusted with a chili powder mixture. This product may be too hot for some but if you enjoy sweet and spicy this is a nice alternative to candy.

If you like sweet and a little spice these are for you!

these are so good - reminiscent of pulparindo; sweet, tart, spicy, and even a little salty. sooooooo good!

I enjoyed this much better than plain dried mango, but it wasn't spicy at all. It just has that chili flavoring which is interesting and a nice compliment to the sweetness of the mango. Give it a shot.

I don't even like mangos, but my boyfriend and I tried these based on our love for all things spicy. OMIGOD I love them! They are super hot and ever so addictive.

I had avoided these for ages because I don't really like fresh mangos that much (they always taste slightly turpentine-ish to me) and I thought the combination of that with chili was just *too* weird. Recently I decided to give them a try. Wow! These are soooo good! I am totally addicted now. I hope these don't disappear like some things at TJs have done in the past.

I agree with others that you'll either love them or hate them. These little gems have so much going on that some people can't handle it. They are hot, sweet, sour, and salty. If you're a fan of Korean or Thai food you'll probably love them. Also reminiscent of Mexican candies. The first bite confused my palate which I think is why some people hate them. By the second or third bite I was hooked! I have to limit myself to 1 bag per week.

I just cant decide if I love them or hate them... I'll get a bag... start munching... then give the bag away... then get another one... then give it away...

I'll tell ya what, though... It'll scrub your intestines and colon right out... no joke...
I hope they had cut the sugar out of this. We think it's a little sweet
