Low Fat Butternut Squash Soup

This soup was in the dairy section. It was better than any butternut squash soup I've had in a restaurant. If you like butternnut squash, you should try this - it was fantastic!!!!

I love this soup and it's great cold or heated up. It keeps very well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
